It is a typical stew made with meat, slaughter products, vegetables and chickpeas, but which in Toledo is served under the name of Tres Vuelcos, that is, it is consumed in three separate dishes.
The first overturn will serve the soup or cooked broth, followed by chickpeas and vegetables and finally meat, pickles and slaughter products.
